This April, don’t support an organization that harms autistic people.
[crossed out logo for Autism Speaks]
Support one built by autistic people, for autistic people.

Reblogging to spread the word, cause evidence shows that Autism $peaks are classic horror movie villains.

Reblogging because I’ve always wondered who to support instead of AS.

To every friend of mine who reblogs this, thank you. It means I can trust you. ❤

Tuesday Tips – Structure/Gesture: Why Not Both!

Probably one the most compelling issue to deal with when drawing characters. There’s clear pros and cons to both approach. The key, IMO, is to straddle the line between both. Give appeal and energy through the use of gesture, but always give hints of structure, weight and solidity to make the character feel like it lives in an environment. I do a quick, dynamic gesture first, then I go back in and add some structure on a second pass. In a rush, I’ll focus the structure pass on faces, hands and feet (feet: their position on the ground to give weight and/or balance to the pose.) -Norm @grizandnorm #tuesdaytips #100tuesdaytips #100tuesdaytipsbook #structuregesture #whynotboth

Designing my three protagonists for my comic and he’s one of them. He’s 15, soft-spoken, kind, loves video games and is pretty smart. Been having difficulty choosing a hair style for him so I want to see what everyone prefers. If you could choose 2-3 that you like most, I would greatly appreciate it. I won’t necessarily choose what is more popular, but it will help me pick which ones I like and which ones I don’t.

He will be better introduced at a later date 😉 Thanks guys! Comment which ones you like best under the post please! (if you already did on twitter, please don’t do so again, and don’t send asks ^^; just a comment. THank you!)
