oh wow, the “water” is an illusion created by spinning glass rods.

Always reblog the clockwork swan

This post is like a school trip flash back for me, must have seen that swan a dozen times as a kid. It still takes my breath away

Stu, let me ask you a question: how did you not realize until then that you had too many eggs? Nobody sells eggs in a big cloth-covered basket, so you must have done that yourself. That means you spent god-knows-how-long opening up twelve whole cartons of eggs, carefully placing each egg one-by-one inside a big basket, and then covering it with a big picnic cloth… and at no point- at no point- did you ever stop and think “gee, there might be TOO MANY FUCKING EGGS HERE

You really have lost control of your life.

I may have gone overboard with this

HERE’S WHERE THE MEME COMES FROM IF ANY OF YOU ARE WONDERING.

for whatever it’s worth, the context is that mr. burns was mocking homer for having to give up his dream job at a bowling alley so he could go back to the power plant to afford taking care of a third child, so he put a plaque in his office that said “don’t forget, you’re here forever” and so homper put pictures of maggie over it

This is what I think of whenever men’s rights people complain about Homer being a bad representation, because despite his stupidity he’s a good guy deep down.

Dear Feminists,

Remember Linda Sarsour’s deleted tweet about Ayaan Hirsi Ali? Ayaan is an actual victim & survivor of Islamic Female Genital Mutilation.

Let that sink in for a bit…

She’s one of the leaders of the woman’s march too. Isn’t that neat?
