These days had been really impressing for both fandoms. The Overwatch fandom got a really nice announcement: an actual character being canonically lesbian, and most important, the character who was the principal mascot, Tracer. When I heard about the news, I couldn’t believe it. How Blizzard decided to do such a greta thing? LGBT representation, wow! I got extremely happy for see the incredible acceptance from the people here having a gay character in there. We also know that not all the people shared the news as something good, but that’s another point. In other hand, many guys from the Tf2 started to think about: “Are we gonna have an update?” “Where is the new comic?” “Why Valve is like this” etc, and a huge discourse started between people being rude, telling to a lot of my mutuals that “Tf2 was over, and get over it” And the drama started. Here is my point of view.
Well of course I can.As a medic you must be aware of their surroundings at all times.Keep a look out for spys and the enemy team.Exert your teammates and learn their behavior. That way when one is acting suspicious you know it’s a spy.You should also spy check your patiences. It could be a spy.Of course you don’t have time to check everyone.Thats why exerting their behavior helps.Be sure to keep an eye on whats behind you.You can also throw your back against a wall so they can’t backstab you. When you think you see a spy or think a spy is around.Scream out spy.You can also count on Pyros to help you out. When under attack use your gun or meal weapon.Scream for help and hope someone comes to rescue you.I hope these tips help you.
Smissmas yay! Boost this please?<3 I want as many people in the TF2 fandom as possible to see this!!!!
I want to give out some gifts to the Team Fortress 2 fandom this Christmas and by that I mean fanfiction 🙂 I’m already working on a few.
So if you want some TF2 fanfiction just send me an ask, if you’re shy and on anon I’ll just say it was from an anon but if it’s public I’ll make sure to tag you in it when it’s done!<3
Almost anything at all, even if it’s something I don’t ship, often write, etc. with a few exceptions that I will privately message you about if it’s a problem.
No smut but things typically seen as NSFW (things like gore) but not 18+ I will write.
(hurt/comfort and HeavyMedic is my fav things to write just putting that out there hehe)
Has anyone taken a closer look at Heavy and Medic’s chess game near the beginning of End of the Line? If you remember correctly, Medic has the white pieces, which means he starts first, and that’s the scene we saw in the video.
And it looks like he moved the Pawn that was in front of his King. Now when Heavy made his move, he took his King and captured the Pawn that Medic moved.
Now before that, you can see that Heavy didn’t move any other piece before this move.
Now Kings can only move one space in any direction. Which means this move is not allowed. Even if it was his Queen, they can’t jump over pieces like Knights can. So that means when Medic made this face…
It’s not a face of defeat (even though he wasn’t in Checkmate or even Check), it’s a face of “Are you fucking kidding me? Do you even know how to play chess?”
WH E EZ E OMFG
I did see this the first time watching, and in fact this is one of my favorite parts of the entire video.
It is not exactly stated where they came from, but it’s implied they returned from the BLU base.
Where they stole the int from probably nine BLU mercs.
But they left seven witnesses, so they managed to kill – two.
Who cleans up after them alone – Miss Pauling, a woman. Granted, she probably doesn’t have to battle the seven survivors all on her own, but she does a thorough job without flinching.
The mercs continue to mess things up while she obviously has her eyes on them on her day off. So even on her only free day she’s half at work and is ready to defend the int while the mercs (those who weren’t in the Scout/Pauling-scheme) – goof around despite the alert in their base.
This woman does a more professional job than all of them and the only person she really fears is – another woman. Not walking into the enemy base, not a bread monster, nope, her boss and figure of authority.
Two women rule the roost, they add to the overall humor and they manage to do that fully clothed and without having their boobs jiggling and wiggling all over the place.
Yes, it’s really, really difficult if not impossible to include women in a game’s universe without unnaturally oversexualizing them.
YES YES YES.
This is why I have a beef when people begrudge Expiration Date, saying Miss Pauling was only there as a love interest to Scout. No, so she wasn’t.
Being a love interest or involved with someone romantically doesn’t make a character less badass or feminist. The comics have a more fleshed out Miss Pauling, sure, but Expiration Date didn’t do a bad job with her, especially when looking beyond too-simple assessments of her purpose to the story.
