OK, so I can verify I found him on a website that collates state sex offenders. He was sentenced for possessing child porn. No evidence of violence, so I think “keeping women safe from him” is a bit of an overstatement. Making them aware that he SHOULD NOT be near minors? Signal boost forever. We don’t know the details of his case so we shouldn’t jump to conclusions, but nevertheless safety first.
If I were a single mom looking for a date every last one of y’all would be run through that database.
This normally isn’t very urgent since I get commissions regularly enough that I can afford to let it let slide for a few days but I have a college loan payment about to process TODAY or TOMORROW and if it doesn’t go through my uncle’s credit will be affected since he’s my loan co-signer.

We’re stuck in currently-more-pressing limbo AGAIN because Dad is being very himself in demanding that we have to move, there’s NOTHING that’s at all feasible either financially or practically for our family on the market, I’ve been semi-unwillingly unemployed for a month which has felt far longer, no longer having a work routine took away my disassociation which has made my mental state a roller coaster between something occasionally vaguely resembling peace and out and out despair, I can’t make any plans even if I were mentally capable of it because Mom—who flip-flops between insisting I can do whatever I want whenever I want and trying to talk me down—says I should wait until x next thing. Oh, and in this case the ‘next thing’ is a scan to check the new growth in her lung because there is now a growth in the opposite lung from the one they saw when she last had a scan, in 2010. Because that was the last time she allowed herself any medical intervention because she got sick of being guilted and harassed over it.
I’ve had a headache for the past week and have probably cried at some point while falling asleep at least five nights out of seven, soooo yeah things suck right now. And I can’t even say it’s more than usual, but helldamit this has gone on for my entire life and I am beyond sick of it. I can’t even feel sorry for myself because the guilt is making me Try To Get Right With God again and all that does is activate the ocd that says that if you ever have the slightest tendency to make excuses for yourself it’s proof you’re the worst thing alive.
Half the time I want things to be better. The other half I want my life to be over already because that’s more likely than this changing, especially for the better. I can’t even dismiss that viewpoint as drasticization, because it’s true.
I’d just really appreciate some prayers I actually believe will be answered, aka not mine. If you offer even one, it’ll mean so much to me. Thank you all.

Listen. I want to tell you guys about the Dollar Tree. If you ever need to rebuild your life fast, you want a dollar tree. Everything in a dollar tree costs one dollar. No exceptions. Nothing has a price tag. Everything is one dollar.

Their stuff is off-brand but decent quality.
Here are some things you can buy at the dollar tree for one dollar:
– any kind of makeup- foundation, eyeshadow, lipstick, lip gloss, mascara, etc
Basically? If you ever get kicked out of your house or find yourself with a couple bucks and nothing else, get thee to a dollar tree.
All the dollar tree stores I have been in have some sort of medical aisle too. Its actually where I went first when my tooth broke for some off brand orajel (Works much faster and better than orajel imo, longer too if you put it on a cotton ball and keep it in the area) And sometimes even emergency temp tooth repair kits, which are at least $7 elsewhere. Dollar tree is a miracle.
I love Dollar Tree. When I first moved out this place saved me.
Every 20-something individual needs a Dollar Tree nearby.
Dollar Tree also sells PREGNANCY TESTS and yes they work! Go in and buy like 5 of them, don’t spend $25 on three at CVS, not worth your money and honestly has saved me TONS of anxiety.
Dollar Tree also takes EBT. I nearly cried when I discovered that, because of my strict dietary needs.
Dollar Tree is good for greeting cards, as well. Don’t have a lot of money?
No problem!
They have a 50¢ section and a $1 section!
They literally have EVERY candy you’d get at a theater too, and way more. Their snack row is to DIE FOR.
Also–college kids! When my roommate stole all of my forks and bowls and then moved out unannounced in the middle of my freshman year, I went straight to Dollar Tree and got 2 packs of forks (each pack is 4 forks) for $1 each and some cute bowls that are still my favorite bowls in the house. Not only is their silverware sturdy, but their plates and bowls are really cute.
A few dollar tree stores near me have even added a cold foods section! So check your local Dollar Tree for a $1 bag of frozen chicken nuggets and get yourself a meal!
The Dollar Tree actually has quite a few name brand products now too!
I actually managed to spend less than $500 on my wedding cuz of the Dollar tree near me (including my dress but I didn’t get that there xD)
My Wedding On the Cheap
FIRST for your dress, find a bridal liquidation store near you. They’re all brand new dresses for a fraction of the price. I got a brand new, last season beautiful designer dress, normal price $2700, for $250. They have some vintage stuff too, so there’s a when unique selection on the cheap. They’re usually family owned too, so they’re awesome at working with you on payment plans and whatnot, including alterations. Look on eBay for your veil, a lot of people order them online and they come in the wrong color, so they sell them on the cheap! I got mine for $15!
We borrowed the chairs and tables from a local church who were amazing and let us borrow them for free. For hauling, enlist family members with trucks, vans, and SUVs!
Have the wedding at a local park! Usually they’re free to “rent”, just call them up and you can reserve the park. Sometimes there’s like a $50 deposit so you don’t destroy it, but it’s pretty cheap.
DECORATIONS AND FLOWERS, THE DOLLAR TREE IS A LIFESAVER. Flowers? They have them in abundance. $30 got me floral tape, and a gigantic array of fake flowers. Sure, they’re fake, but do you want them wilting after a day and petals falling off all the day of the wedding? NO! and you can keep them for years! Centerpieces? Buy some glassware, flowers, and fishtank beads. Hot glue is cheap there too!
Get untensils and napkins and plates from there! Tablecloths too!
Do a Potluck style wedding! Don’t just ask random guests tho, message reliable friends and family! That way it doesn’t seem like you’re being cheap, and there’ll be a variety of food!
Enlist someone you know to make the cake! Save a whole lot of money, and you get more variety in flavour! And they can end up looking AMAZING!
Don’t get a DJ, park weddings are more casual than you think. Just make a few Spotify playlists or load it onto your iPod or mp3 player, and a wireless speaker. You can get good speakers and an mp3 player from a pawn shop for really cheap. If you don’t have a computer, go to your local library for computer access to make a playlist!
Don’t insist for the wedding party to wear identical dresses! Send them a color swatches to follow, tell your bridesmaids to get a short dress, and your maid of honor to get a long one!
Ask a family member to do the pictures and recording! Find a list of pics online to take, and send it to that person so they get all the pics you need. Print them at Walmart of you want prints!
Most counties have a list of officiants for the wedding, and you’d be surprised how many people you know might have an officiants license!
Write your own vows, it puts a very personal touch on the wedding! If you want to do a themed wedding, you don’t have to go all out! We did star wars music and vows and everyone loved it, no need for outfits or extravagance!
I kinda hijacked this into a wedding post, but the point is 1. Look into your options for everything, there’s always a cheaper option! And 2. Dollar Tree is amazing for everything, even your wedding! Everyone told me the wedding was amazing and no one would’ve guessed that it was done on the cheap! $500 for my whole wedding! Saved the money for a nice honeymoon ❤
