All so very true, otherwise we wouldn’t have cosplayers or any community that’s worth being a member of. Cosplay is about expressing your love for a show/character/Story. Some may be better done but it doesn’t mean the others are nothing, they all mean something.
((There is a huge double standard when it comes to this. I was once told I was “too white” to cosplay a character. It was my first cosplay and it ruined the entire experience for me. The character was Jade Harley from Homestuck, and here’s the thing…

My mother finally agreed to letting me upload just her! She was a wonderful Heavy, would not stop quoting him and got ridiculously excited when she spotted any other TF2 Cosplayers.
I leave her alone for like an hour and come back and she’s already made friends with some BLU scout she saw at the food court!
Hope to take her out again in this, she seemed to have a blast!
