I might have only started taking interest in TF2 about a year ago, but it has done so much for me. I’ve been introduced to so many new ideas and theories, I’ve seen amazing art and read some stunning writing, I’ve learned tons of new art and writing techniques, and I’ve found so many cool and nice people! (Who I have yet to actually talk to ^^’) But, most importantly, TF2 has helped me through some pretty rough stuff. A couple of years ago, I moved away from all of my friends, not by choice mind you, and I felt very, alone. Eventually, after going through some other stuff, I found Team Fortress 2, and it made me feel, like I wasn’t alone anymore. It made me laugh, and it made me excited, and it made me think. I felt like I was a part of something, even though I didn’t contribute much of anything to it.

So basically, thanks Team Fortress 2, thanks Valve, and thanks to the TF2 community. I may not have been here for very long, but so far it’s been a blast, and I hope it continues to be!
