lucio is a   celebrity  but he  also  technically  should be consdiered a  criminal  for  stealing from vishkar  (plus he’s a  public  figure in the revolt against them and they’ve  done plenty of shady shit to have reason for  wanting  voices against  them to be  silenced) which strikes me  as  hilarious cause like. im  just imagining lucio running off  stage in the middle of a concert  cause he  saw the  cops. there he goes
