•Doesn’t make Steven feel guilty about Rose dying like the gems do sometimes
•Only yelled at Steven when he was concerned for his safety in Space Race and when he was just acting in Cat Fingers
•Doesn’t compare Steven to his mother like the gems do
•Encourages Steven’s creativity
•Always available to help Steven with the exception of Full Capacity which was partially Amethyst’s fault
•Despite being extremely worried about Steven in Full Disclosure, Greg still made sure to tell Steven he was proud of him and went back in the van to calm down
•Probably isn’t actually broke because he has hella nice sound equipment and probably buys most of Steven’s things for him
•Made sure to look through the books he was giving to Steven to make sure none of them were inappropriate
•Is always available to give Steven a ride even if it’s dangerous like in Ocean Gem
•Only pretended to still be hurt so the gems would let him hang out with Steven
•He had no clue Steven would lose his powers because of it and even though he pretended it didn’t work he still tried to encourage Steven afterwards
•Who else would’ve taught Steven to play guitar?
•In laser light cannon, he not only helped Steven without question, but didn’t lose his cool when the light cannon wasn’t working
•Doesn’t treat Steven like an ignorant child and actually listens to what he has to say
•Since he’s Steven’s only working guardian, he’s probably the one who pays the bills
•Greg is a precious gift to mankind
