You know what I love most about Ruby and Sapphire?

 I love how mutual their love is.

Like, they could have just had Ruby freak out over Sapphire more or vice versa and kinda show a bit of an unbalanced love situation that I have seen a lot with other media. Now, it seems as though Ruby freaked out a bit more then Sapphire did but hear me out. In ‘Stronger Than You’, it is heavily implied that Ruby is the ‘fury’ and Sapphire is the ‘patience’, also couple with the fact that Rubies are the stone of emotions, it’s understandable that Ruby wears her heart on her sleeve.

But in Sapphires own way, she was just as frantic as Ruby was.

First thing she did when she regenerates? Probably started singing so Ruby could hear her.

When Steven comes and lets her out and she hears Ruby’s voice? Grabs Stevens hand and urging him to ‘Come on!’ and then taking off as fast as she can towards where she ‘sees Ruby.

She kinda even jostles Steven a bit. And she’s the first one to yell out the others name when they see eachother and she also hugs with just as much force as Ruby does.

And when Ruby checks her over and asks her if they ‘hurt her’? Quickly assures her that shes fine but what about herself?

I dunno, just the fact that they both love eachother so deeply and so mutually really makes me happy
