I’m so pissed right now. My school is split up into 2 “teams”, Olympian and Oracle, and I’m an Olympian. There was an in house track meet today, and I was running the 200 meters (which was one half of the track). I got in line, my friend “S” didn’t cheer for me at all, and she’s an Olympian too, she just didn’t get picked to run. Then a guy came up to me and asked me if I was Olympian or Oracle, and I answered, and he said, “You’re gonna lose.” I started in lane 1, which was the farthest back, and as soon as we started, my shoe fell off and my foot got stuck between the tongue and the laces. I tried putting my shoe back on, but I just decided to carry it and ran the entire race with one shoe on. I came in last place. Then, after the track meet, the Oracles were bragging about winning, and that the Olympian girls lost by 40 points. Outside, a girl I know went up to me and said, “Oracles Won,” like I should be jealous, but it just pissed me off more. She said sorry, and I forgive her, but then I started walking towards my dad and got on the street, and a teacher told me to get back on the CROWDED sidewalk, and it made me more pissed. Then 2 of my friends called my name and I know I gave them a pissed off look, and I feel terrible about it. I was so upset at this point I started tearing up. My dad let tell him about it and I started shouting. He let me have the last Klondike bar when we got home.
